Now that I see the video, he looks like a Portuguese Water Dog, at least partially. If you ever get a Kerry Blue, please contact me or John Vandenburgh, at the Kerry Blue Terrier foundation johnv@impulse.net. It is a very active rescue organization for the breed which is often to identify when hair is overgrown, matted, etc. I hope Dale finds a loving home soon! thanks for all you do!
