I saw Dale’s picture in the JH News and Guide (I get it late here in North Carolina) and thought he might be a Kerry Blue Terrier. Now that I see the video, he looks like a Portuguese Water Dog, at least partially. If you ever get a Kerry Blue, please contact me or John Vandenburgh, at the Kerry Blue Terrier foundation johnv@impulse.net. It is a very active rescue organization for the breed which is often to identify when hair is overgrown, matted, etc.
