MEET:
Kerry & Jessie

NAME, AGE & BREED:
Jessie is an 8 year old purebred Beagle

OWNER:
Kerry

GOOD DEED:
We found Kerry skiing the packed trails of Cashe Creek with her furry friend Jessie in tow. Kerry knows that skiing with your pup is a very high impact activity and leads to fatigue quickly. She brings plenty of water and is sure to rest often to give Jessie time to recover. Every winter, our vets see an increase in ACL injuries from dogs bounding through deep snow and torn Achilles tendons from leaping in front of skis. So, please be careful and aware that this type of constant activity can lead to long-term effects like arthritis. Thanks Kerry for being a responsible pet owner!
